Cape Town, My City.

There have been some insane weather conditions in Cape Town as of recent. Boats have been tossed over and roofs have been torn off, all to appease the hunger of the god of storms. Before that though, myself and a few friends went on a short holiday into the wilds of Riebeek West. I can confidently say that no Cape Town tour is complete without visiting this super quiet stretch of country. No McDonald’s outlets dirty the roads. The only sound is the rustling of trees and the soft whisper of the wind. My companions and I partook of wine, food and a delightful ‘Bed and Biscuit’ experience. Nothing, in my opinion was more necessary than this. All daily stresses and work day blues where pushed aside and a pleasant feeling of calm has replaced my usually gloomy demeanour. I would do it all again, and I shall indeed soon.
